The cleanliness left much to be desired. surfaces felt dusty, and I didn’t see any evidence of a deep clean over my stay, which I expected in a hotel of this caliber. Also, there was quite a bit of confusion about room types upon check-in, which didn't match what I reserved. Lastly, the dining options were lackluster, with the breakfast selection lacking flavor and freshness, an unfortunate contrast to the hotel's otherwise appealing atmosphere.

I loved the delicious Turkish breakfast that offered a fantastic variety, and the location was superb, making it easy to explore the historic sites nearby. The rooftop terrace is a beautiful spot to relax and take in the views of the city, even if it was a bit chilly.

The location is excellent, right next to major attractions. The themed dinner nights added a fun touch. Rooms need better sound insulation. it gets noisy at night.
